Disclaimer
1. The Flea Market is a free service for use by individuals only,
to advertise items for sale or wanted.
2. Ads relating to a trade or business or offering
a service cannot be placed as free ads, but we will be delighted
to discuss how you can advertise your
business on Agilitynet at very competitive rates - just email Ellen
Rocco.
3. This service is for information purposes only;
Agilitynet does not check on the veracity or accuracy of announcements,
makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy or reliability
of any announcement and will accept no liability to advertisers,
readers or others for any loss or damage of any kind relating to
the provision of this free service.
4. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as a buyer to ensure
that items offered for sale are suitable and accurately described,
and that sellers are honest and reliable. You are advised to make
appropriate checks before parting with any substantial amount of
money.
5. Despite the above, Agilitynet reserves the
right to remove, to refuse publication of, or to edit, any announcement
at its sole discretion and without the obligation to give any reasons.
In particular any announcement which we feel is not decent, honest,
legal and truthful or which in our opinion is not appropriate or
which we believe is a business or trade advertisement will be removed
at our absolute discretion. |

CAUTION:
Please be alert to the possibility
of scams, 'phishing', fraud, money-laundering activities and
other malpractice when using the Internet to buy and sell. If
amounts are substantial, don't part with your goods until you
know you have received payment (for example, wait for cheques
and even bankers' drafts to clear through your bank account).
We would advise you to treat with caution any reply to an advertisement,
particularly an email reply, which appears out of the normal
in any way, but especially if the bidder:
- offers to pay more than your asking
price, or any 'bonus' or 'incentive' or 'compensation' payment;
- proposes complex payment arrangements
instead of making a single payment direct to you (for example,
involving you receiving funds from an agent or other third party
totalling more than is owed to you, and you then sending the
balance on to the bidder);
- asks for your bank details, even when
offering to pay money in to your account;
- asks for your full name, postal address,
phone number, or other details about you;
- proposes using shippers, agents, Western
Union Money Transfers or other details which seem unusual in
the context of the item you're selling;
- seems reluctant to provide a mailing
address for the goods
