How many words can you find?

Many thanks to Sally Hopkins who found this agility brain teaser that she created for Agility Eye among her old papers. This may be a good way to keep young children,  junior handlers and bored partners occupied while you are off running your dog!

Can you find 37 words all about agility which are hidden in the grid below? They read forward, backward, up, down and diagonally and always in a straight line. When you have crossed out the words on the grid, you will find 12 unused letters which, when read from top, left to right, make up a phrase about this sport.
